This event takes place on 16th October 2021 from 10:00am to 1:00pm and will take place at Zoom. It is a Guild event being organised by Jan Allston, .
** This workshop is in TWO parts - October 16th and 23rd 10 am – 1 pm you are purchasing BOTH sessions **
Designed as part of a body of work based on gardens and inspired by tree age rings, this design uses some ‘improv’ techniques. The runners are made from three large blocks and are approx 19” wide x 57” long so would be suitable as a table runner, bed runner or wall-hanging.
The design is scalable and flexible so, once familiar with the technique, it could be used for cushions, bags, bed quilts etc. This is a machine sewing workshop suitable for all levels of experience from confident beginner to the experienced patch-worker who is new to ‘modern’ techniques.
